Position Overview The Operations Pastor oversees campus operations, logistics, facilities, volunteer teams, and event execution. Working with the Campus Pastor and Lead Operations and Events Director, this role ensures weekend services, special events, and campus environments are prepared and executed with excellence. Key Responsibilities • Communicate and champion the vision, mission, and values of Church Unlimited • Lead and provide visible pastoral support during services and special events • Recruit, train, schedule, and develop Parking and Operations volunteers • Coordinate event logistics, facilities, supplies, setup, teardown, and vendors • Oversee campus safety, cleanliness, traffic flow, and service readiness • Develop operational systems and track measures of effectiveness • Collaborate with campus and Ministry Support teams • Support campus pastoral care and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills • Authentic and growing relationship with Jesus and a passion for evangelism • Strong alignment with Church Unlimited’s mission, values, and culture • Experience in operations, events, facilities, hospitality, or volunteer leadership • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ministry environment • Positive, flexible, teachable, collaborative, and committed to excellence • Bachelor’s degree preferred What We Offer • Competitive salary and benefits • Training, leadership development, and growth opportunities • A fun, fast-paced, and mission-driven team culture Why This Role Matters The Operations Pastor develops teams and systems that create safe, welcoming, and well-prepared environments where ministry can happen with excellence. |
